Multi-sided pallets enable the storage of exceptionally heavy round loads while allowing easy access for fork trucks.

  • Designed to support product loads of 20,000 pounds (9,070 kilograms) or more depending on application (paper, cable, copper wire, etc.) with the added benefit of protecting fragile materials.
  • Optional steel inserts provide additional strength and stability.
  • Polygon pallets typically exceed our two-year warranty significantly. In many cases, these have had 15-year + lifespans!

Case Study

For a paper manufacturer, Jeco Plastics engineered polygon pallets that could support a 10,000-pound (4,500-kilogram) roll of paper stored on its end, without deflection or damage to the fragile paper. The pallet we designed was stronger than the required specification, exceeding our client’s expectations.

For a copper wire manufacturing operation, Jeco’s pallet design supports 22,000 pounds (9,900 kilograms) and withstands 130°F (54°C). The pallet easily supported 11,000-pound (4,950-kilogram) coils dropped from 6 feet (1.8 meters).
