Jeco offers a full line of standard pallets for flexographic printers, including flat top pallets, slave pallets, runner pallets, and roll pallets. They are designed for a wide variety of logistics systems, web sizes, materials, and downstream requirements. Pallets are available for roll to roll applications, slitting, sheeting, and special surface treatments. Custom surface finishes on pallets are available for delicate materials as well as static dissipative pallets for laminating operations. All pallets meet our ISO 100% quality checks.

Jeco designs and manufactures custom, durable, strong plastic pallets for the web offset printing industry matching common bundle sizes as well as meeting ASRS storage requirements. Standard pallets are available for bundle stacking at the output side of web operations, work in process applications in ASRS high density storage systems and subsequent transfer to the Bindery or other finishing operations. They are compatible with all common logistics systems, AGVs, robotic applications, and advanced sensor systems.

As printing formats and productivity of sheet fed offset equipment has evolved, so has Jeco. We design and manufacture proprietary printing pallets for all major press and downstream equipment manufacturers worldwide. Jeco pallets have evolved with equipment OEMs. Jeco pallets fully comply with the manufacturer specifications, including static and dynamic loads, durability, and most importantly, close tolerances for critical interface points. The result is that Jeco continuous feed pallets allow the newest printing equipment to run at its highest design speed without stoppages due to pallet malfunction.

Jeco has always been active in the 75cm and smaller formats of sheet fed offset. As much of this equipment has been replaced by digital presses, Jeco has applied that earlier knowledge to the newer machines. Strength, durability, close tolerances, ease of handling, and compatibility with related logistics and storage systems are characteristics of our digital pallet offerings as well. Both 2 way and 4 way entry pallets are offered. Jeco designed its latest digital pallet for use by the largest digital press manufacturer who endorses it on all their equipment.

Jeco offers a collection of roll pallets designed for the printing industry. These pallets are engineered to accommodate large, heavy paper rolls used in various printing processes. Constructed from durable MDPE, with some models capable of supporting loads up to 28,000 pounds, Jeco's roll pallets provide exceptional strength and durability.
